These terms cover your use of the One Contractor LLC website and the information on it. By using this website or contacting us through it, you agree to these terms. We serve Atlanta and the metro area.

What we do

One Contractor LLC offers five home services: assembly, electrical, plumbing, landscaping, and home improvement. Herbert Webb is your single point of contact. He works with a team, including helper crews and specialized pros such as a licensed plumber, and brings in the right people for each job.

Estimates and quotes

• We offer a free estimate, usually within 48 hours of your request.
• An estimate or quote is for your information. It is not a binding contract on its own.
• Pricing is custom for each job. We do not use flat rates, because every job is different.
• Work begins after you review and approve your written quote. The details of your job are set in that quote, not on this website.

Scheduling

Any timeframes we mention, such as starting within a week or two, depend on the schedule and are estimates, not fixed dates. Faster scheduling may be possible for an added fee, depending on availability.

Our work

We take pride in doing careful, clean work. This website does not make any guarantee, warranty, or promise about results. Any specific terms for your project are the ones written in your approved quote or job agreement.

Your part

• Please give us accurate information about the job and safe access to the work area.
• Let us know about anything on the property that could affect the work.
